Rachel Stefanic, RD

Dietician

Rachel graduated Rochester Institute of Technology in 2019 with a BS in Dietetics and Nutrition. She then continued her studies and did an internship with Duke University Hospital, which she finished in 2020. Rachel comes to The Healing Connection after working in a skilled nursing facility. She is passionate about spreading awareness surrounding weight bias and considers herself an "anti-diet" dietitian; her goal is to teach all her patients that all foods fit and foods are not simply "healthy" or "unhealthy".

Laura Kilburg, RD

Dietician

Laura Kilburg has a BA in psychology from Le Moyne College and a MA in Nutrition Science and Dietetics from Syracuse University. She completed her dietetic internship through Cornell University in June of 2020. Since then, she has been working as a Registered Dietitian in a long-term care setting. Laura is very passionate about the Health at every size (HAES) movement and intuitive eating. Her philosophy is that nutrition plays a crucial role in mental health and that all foods can fit. She is very excited to be a part of the Healing Connection team and looks forward to helping as many people as she can.


Jennifer Haefele

Jennifer Haefele, RDN, CDN, CEDRD

Registered Dietitian

Jennifer Everdyke has a BA in French, Anthropology, and Communication Media Production from the State University of New York at New Paltz and a BS from the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) in Nutrition Management. She completed her dietetic internship through the University at Buffalo and is in the process of completing her Masters in Exercise Science there as well. She has a strong background in both nutrition and physical fitness, having had experience in both at St. Ann’s, the YMCA of Greater Rochester, and RIT. Jen is very passionate about the connection between mental health, physical health, and the role that nutrition plays in both.
