Ongoing Recovery Services
Patient discharge is carefully planned and coordinated among patients, families, clinicians, primary care providers, and insurance providers. Our attention to individualized discharge planning ensures a smooth transition into continued coordinated care.
Recovery from an eating disorder is an ongoing process. The Healing Connection recognizes that even after discharge, continued outpatient therapy and supports are necessary. The Healing Connection staff connects patients with therapists, dieticians, and support services.
